Ted Segal
Ted Segal is managing partner at DLA Piper Rudnick, a global legal services organization. Segal practices in the area of corporate and securities law with special emphasis on public and private negotiated mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, venture capital investments and other private placements of securities.
In addition, he has worked extensively in the health-care area on a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations of significant health-care assets. In addition to serving as managing partner of the firm's Washington, D.C., office, Segal is co-chair of the firm's Health Care practice group and is a member of the firm's Policy Committee.
