W. Robert Grafton

W. Robert Grafton currently serves as lead director and chairman of the audit committee at DiamondRock, a self-advised lodging investment company. He is also a director and chairman of the audit committee for CarMax, Inc., the $8 billion retailer of new and used automobiles. Grafton, who holds a B.S. in accounting from West Virginia University, previously had a very long and successful career at Arthur Andersen which included serving as the senior managing partner and chairman of the board of partners at Arthur Andersen Worldwide.
