Ashley Baquié serves as Vice President of Human Resources at MorganFranklin and is responsible for all HR-related efforts, including providing strategic HR guidance to the company, developing employee retention strategies, building world-class performance management and training programs, and ensuring that MorganFranklin provides the optimum working environment for its employees.

Ashley is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of business experience with technology, services, government contracting, and publishing companies. She also possesses 13 years of experience in HR leadership roles impacting corporate performance through successful development, enhancement, and orchestration of HR processes and programs. Ashley is credited with leading strategic initiatives, providing collaborative team-building skills, coaching and developing talent, growing revenues, and slashing expenditures through skillful allocation of human resources and creative, effective programs.

Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Ashley served as human resources director at Unisys Corporation, where she led the Health Information Management division in HR policies, practices, and programs, solving the complex problems of a commercial group operating within a federal practice. She also served for eight years as vice president of human resources and administration at Software Performance Systems, Inc. before leading the due diligence team through a successful divestiture. In this role, Ashley helped transform the HR department into a client-oriented, high-performance service center and business partnership. She also helped develop a workplace that garnered a coveted "Best Places to Work" award two years in a row, as well as a number of other awards. Ashley began her HR career with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) after working in global publishing and business management with Business International, Inc., a consulting arm of The Economist Group.

Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and Soviet studies with a minor in Spanish from Tulane University in New Orleans. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
