Chris Mann serves as Managing Director in MorganFranklin's Commercial Services group. In this role, Chris oversees client service delivery as well as the business and practice development activities associated with the company’s financial advisory services.
Chris brings more than 18 years of professional experience to the organization and specializes in restatement, technical accounting, SEC reporting, and financial reporting support. His areas of expertise include IFRS, revenue recognition matters, and complex equity transactions.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Chris spent a total of 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Most recently, he served as a director in the advisory practice of PwC, focused primarily on initiatives to improve the finance and accounting functions of his clients, which included numerous Fortune 500 organizations across multiple industries. Chris was previously a senior manager in PwC’s assurance practice, where he supervised the financial statement audit process for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Chris also spent more than three years at Convera Corporation, a publicly traded software company, where as CFO he oversaw the finance, accounting, and legal organizations, as well as investor relations.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland. He is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
