Chuck Smith serves as Vice President of Administration at MorganFranklin. Among his many administrative duties, he is primarily focused on the efficient and optimal deployment of resources in meeting client demands. He is also heavily involved in operational planning, reporting, and overall management of the commercial sector business unit. Chuck's deep experience in providing accounting and audit services and his expertise in managing professional service groups enable him to meet the dynamic challenges at MorganFranklin.
Chuck began his career in the Washington, D.C., office of Arthur Andersen LLP in the accounting and audit practice, rising to the position of audit manager. He later transferred to the practice management group, where he concluded his 26-year career with the company after holding several senior positions managing both the audit and consulting practices. After leaving Arthur Andersen, Chuck served as the CFO and senior vice president of administration for a nonprofit organization in the Washington, D.C., area.
Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
