Erik Goetschi serves as Vice President of Contracts at MorganFranklin and is responsible for supervising and managing the origination and administration of all agreements, including commercial, federal, state, and local contracts, modifications, and proposals. In this critical role, Erik ensures full compliance with all government procurement regulations, and provides leadership on all matters pertaining to the negotiation of terms/conditions and execution of all contracts and task orders.
Erik brings more than 20 years of contracting leadership expertise, which includes defining, documenting, and implementing new contract management procedures. With a history of hiring and training skilled contract professionals, Erik is also credited with providing end-to-end contract management solutions that fully comply with government procurement regulations and enhance overall revenue growth.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Erik served as segment lead for public services contracts in the civilian and health care business segments at BearingPoint. In this position, he was responsible for the compliance of contractual terms and conditions, federal regulations, RFP analysis for risk mitigation and compliance, and administration of government contracts. He has also held director positions with QuadraMed Corporation and GTSI Corp., in addition to senior contract management positions with EDS, Motient Communications, and Wang Laboratories.
Erik received a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Radford University and is a member of the National Contract Management Association.
