Jeff Pagano serves as Chief Financial Officer at MorganFranklin, directing all financial functions of the company. He brings more than 17 years of financial management experience within technology and service companies, both publicly and privately held. Jeff has significant experience in corporate restructuring, divestitures, IPOs, private placements, and SEC compliance reporting.
Before joining MorganFranklin in 2004, Jeff served as vice president of finance at Sonitrol Corporation, an $80 million national electronic security solutions provider. In this role, he directed the corporate finance and accounting functions. Jeff also led Sonitrol through a $122 million divestiture from its parent company, Tyco International.
Previously, Jeff worked within the Financial Compliance department of Concert B.V., a $6.2 billion global communications provider. Jeff has also served as director of finance for Network Access Solutions, as well as corporate controller for Xybernaut Corporation. Prior to working in industry, Jeff spent four years in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Thompson, Greenspon & Co., P.C., performing financial audits and tax compliance for private and public corporations and nonprofit organizations.
