Bill Brydges serves as Managing Director in MorganFranklin's commercial sector and is responsible for leading the company's ERP practice. In this role, he is responsible for business development as well as delivery around MorganFranklin's ERP implementation services, supporting PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, SAP, and other vendors.
Bill is an accomplished IT executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience with ERP applications, infrastructure, IT managed services, and IT strategy projects. He has a deep background of growing and leading IT organizations through periods of significant change, evolution of service offerings, and business and staff development.
An authority on developing product life cycle management solutions and services, Bill has a long track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. He also brings a wide variety of industry experience that includes multiple large ERP full life cycle implementations, including the development of ERP implementation project plans and process flows. His service specialties include IT strategy and cost optimization, infrastructure and IT managed services, ERP package selection, and ERP implementation services with specialization in PeopleSoft. Bill's background also includes specific expertise around IT project management, large-scale IT implementations, organizational change in support of IT transformation initiatives, and IT operations strategy including infrastructure management.

Before joining MorganFranklin, Bill served as president and chief operating officer of Alteritech, where he led the IT infrastructure managed services business and gained extensive experience with client and account management, business development, and vendor management for all client sectors. Prior to that, he spent two years at PeopleSoft Global Services, where he most recently served as solutions delivery director. In this role, Bill was responsible for the deployment and implementation of PeopleSoft applications in a broad range of industries including telecommunications, wholesale manufacturing, retail, and financial services. Prior to his career at PeopleSoft, Bill served as partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and was responsible for staff management and development, business development, project management, business operations, strategy and planning, development of new offerings, and account/client relationships.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Williams College in Williamstown, Mass. He serves on the board of directors of the Arlington Alexandria Coalition for the Homeless, and is also a committee planning member of the Greater Washington Sports Alliance.
