Subcontractor offerings coupled with SRA solutions and services support national security and emergency preparedness programs

McLean, Virginia – August 12, 2009
MorganFranklin announced today a partnership with SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX), a leading provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to government organizations and commercial clients, on a contract awarded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. MorganFranklin and SRA have been awarded one of the National Communications System’s (NCS) National Security and Emergency Preparedness Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contracts. This five-year, multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a combined ceiling value of $388.9 million to be competed among all four awardees through the term of the contract.

In support of the NCS’s national security and emergency preparedness programs, MorganFranklin will provide integrated outreach strategy and support services that increase the understanding of the NCS’s mission and activities with key stakeholders across the government and private sector. MorganFranklin’s unique understanding of national security operability in coordination with strategic communications offers the NCS a team that will further its reach while supporting the goal of a more secure and prepared homeland. Services will range from communications strategy and planning to execution of outreach and communications activities.
