The Toolkit is a three-step approach that assesses an organization's PeopleSoft customizations, use of features and impact of unarchived data and aligns ERP efforts with operational and business goals.

Customization Finder
Many organizations lack complete lists of all PeopleSoft customizations, and as a result, risk taking more time to resolve help desk tickets and issues, assess and implement new functionality requests, and apply maintenance packs and fixes.
A key component of the MorganFranklin PeopleSoft Toolkit is its Customization Finder, which is an SQR program that identifies custom and customized PeopleTools objects. The Customization Finder identifies each customization, and documents the type of customization, who developed it, and when it was developed. Combined with functional knowledge of an organization's business process, this information can determine why and how customizations were implemented. These key inputs into customization replacement and upgrade strategies allow organizations to better implement enhancements.
Functionality Finder
From a PeopleSoft functionality perspective, most organizations do not have full insight into what features are being utilized and which functionality is sitting on the shelf. As a result, organizations often miss opportunities to automate manual processes, operate more efficiently, cut operational costs, and present critical business information to key decision makers.
The Functionality Finder is an SQR program that is run against an organization's PeopleSoft installation to identify active and dormant functionalities in its application. With this "functionality map," organizations can gain a better understanding of what they are using and where they can optimize their applications to automate and streamline their business processes.
Archive Opportunity Finder
Many organizations are unaware of how much data they are storing and how it may be impacting ERP system performance. As a result, organizations often miss the opportunity to improve system performance and enhance the efficiency of employees and business processes.
MorganFranklin's Archive Opportunity Finder allows organizations to improve processing efficiency by archiving unused data and quantifying how this practice can improve performance, expand the use of PeopleSoft archiving tools, and extend the use of their ERP solutions.
