MorganFranklin Corporation, a business and IT solutions provider to government and business leaders on high-stakes financial, operational and IT issues, recently announced the appointment of Ashley Baquié as vice president of human resources. As part of the executive team, Baquié will provide strategic HR guidance to the company, mature the human resources department to support MorganFranklin’s growth, maintain an outstanding level of employee retention, build a world-class performance management and training program, and enhance the employee experience and employer of choice programs.

Baquié is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of business experience and 12 years impacting corporate performance through skillful development, enhancement, and orchestration of HR processes and programs. Baquié is credited with leading strategic initiatives, providing collaborative team-building skills, coaching and developing talent, growing revenues, and slashing expenditures through skillful allocation of human resources and creative, effective programs.

Before joining MorganFranklin, Baquié served as human resources director at Unisys Corporation, where she led the Health Information Management division under Federal Systems in HR policies, practices, and programs. Prior to that, she served for eight years as vice president of human resources and administration at Software Performance Systems, Inc. In that role, Baquié helped transform the HR department into a client-oriented, high-performance service center and business partnership.

Baquié received her B.A. in Russian and Soviet Studies with a minor in Spanish from Tulane University in New Orleans.

“We are very excited to have Ashley join our team,” said Robert Morgan, MorganFranklin CEO. “Her experience in helping a small business grow to a mid-size firm, combined with her experience at a very large organization, will enable us to further develop our HR department and continuously improve our employee experience.”
