In a move to expand its business and geographical presence, MorganFranklin Corporation, a rapidly growing provider of advisory, consulting and technology services and solutions, announces the appointment of Erik Ayers as Vice President of Marketing. In his new role Ayers is responsible for driving the company’s overall marketing strategy and operations.

Prior to assuming his position as vice president with MorganFranklin, Ayers supported strategic growth initiatives, operations and business development as president of DBC Public Relations Experts. In 1998, Ayers joined PricewaterhouseCoopers and became one of the firm’s top business development marketers. In addition to his experience with PwC, Ayers served as the marketing manager for the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority.

“We are extremely enthusiastic to have Erik join the MorganFranklin team,” said Warren Martin, MorganFranklin Executive Vice President. “The experience he brings is essential as we continue to enhance our leadership team and execute our growth strategy.”

Ayers has been recognized as an active member in the regional business community for many years and has held a number of leadership and committee roles with organizations such as the Business Alliance of George Mason, Arts@Mason and the Mid Atlantic Venture Association, among others.
