Prominent Leaders Join MorganFranklin Corp. Advisory Board

McLean, Virginia – November 8, 2006
C. Thomas Faulders, president and CEO of the University of Virginia Alumni Association, and Todd A. Stottlemyer, president and CEO of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), will serve as Advisory Board Members for MorganFranklin, a unique professional services company headquartered in McLean, Va. The announcement was made October 1.

Faulders and Stottlemyer bring years of business expertise to help shape the future growth of the advisory and consulting services and technology solutions MorganFranklin provides to its government and commercial clients.

Faulders leads the 180,000-member University of Virginia Alumni Association located in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is the former chairman and CEO of LLC International and former executive vice president, CEO and president of the Integrated Supply division of BDM International, Inc. Faulders, who holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a B.S. from the University of Virginia, also served as CEO of COMSAT Corporation, held a variety of executive positions with MCI, and served in key positions with Satellite Business Systems.

Stottlemyer heads the largest small-business advocacy group in the nation and serves as the fifth president of NFIB. Formerly CEO of Apogen Technologies, Stottlemyer has extensive experience in strategic planning, finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, legal, information systems, internal audit, investor relations, communications and facilities activities. With a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from The College of William and Mary, Stottlemyer has served in prominent positions with McGuire Woods Consulting, BTG, Inc., and BDM International, and is proficient with mergers and acquisitions.
