March 20, 2018 – Amy Hover, MorganFranklin’s Managing Director, participated in a panel discussion surrounding the new revenue recognition standard at the Technology Executives Roundtable (TER) in Atlanta. TER consists of CEOs, CFOs and GMs from Atlanta’s largest tech companies and provide exclusive access to C-level executives to share, challenge and test ideas through discussing complex issues.
The panel discussed the drastic changes in the new revenue recognition standard and how the adoption of new principles impact privately owned software companies. Other panelists included Sean Lager, Frazier & Deeter, Paul Arne and Alexander Woollcott of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, and Ted Alexander of Hortonworks. Paul Arne served as moderator.
