On April 6th, Ken Merritt, Managing Director for MorganFranklin Consulting, participated in “The Digitization of HR: A Panel Discussion” hosted by the HR Leadership Forum in Arlington, VA. The discussion included several topics surrounding digital HR organizations, the automation of the HR process, and the importance of implementing technology into their system.
The HRLF provides subject matter through formal programs and the opportunity to network with senior-level colleagues from a variety of organizations. Thus, members stay current with trends and developments that can be utilized within their workplace.
