Chris Mann

SENIOR ADVISORY PARTNER

Chris Mann supports the MorganFranklin Consulting leadership team in developing client relationships and supporting key people-related initiatives and solutions. Prior to becoming a Senior Advisory Partner, he served as MorganFranklin Consulting’s President from 2017 to 2025. Chris was instrumental in orchestrating the firm’s acquisition by Vaco in 2019 and has championed the mission, people initiatives, and the firm’s culture since joining in 2006. During his tenure at MorganFranklin Consulting, he has served in several leadership roles, while also supporting many of the firm’s largest client initiatives.

Mann has over 32 years of consulting experience, specializing in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and merger and acquisition-related services. Prior to joining MorganFranklin Consulting, Chris spent 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their assurance and advisory practices. He also served as chief financial officer at Convera, a publicly traded software company. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a certified public accountant.
