Gary Korn

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Gary Korn is responsible for overseeing valuations of businesses, business ownership interests, debt and equity securities, and intangible assets for industries including: consumer products and retail, SaaS, government contracting, energy, financial services, food and beverage, health care, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, transportation and logistics, and lodging, leisure and hospitality. 

Gary has been with MorganFranklin Consulting for over 9 years. Before joining the firm, he spent almost nine years serving as Director of Valuation & Financial Advisory Services at a large global consulting firm in Washington, D.C. He also spent six years serving as senior associate at a national business valuation firm in San Francisco. 

Gary brings over 25 years of experience performing business enterprise and intangible asset valuations for the purposes of financial reporting, impairment analysis, purchase price allocation, lease accounting, mergers and acquisitions, tax, bankruptcy and restructuring, litigation support, and fairness and solvency opinions. 

Gary earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) designation and is a member of the CFA society of Washington, D.C. He also holds a Certification in Distressed Business Valuation (“CDBV”) from the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. He received his MBA from the University of San Francisco and his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.
