Washington, D.C. – October 9, 2024 – MorganFranklin Consulting, a leading management and technology consulting firm and a subsidiary of Vaco Holdings, announced today that risk management leader Bob Herman joined the firm as Executive Director in the Risk and Regulatory practice. In this role, Herman will lead a team dedicated to helping existing clients maximize value from core SAP investments while preparing them for new innovations. He will also oversee the risk considerations around ERP implementations and automation tools to enhance global operations.

With nearly 30 years of experience as an ERP, automation and analytics risk leader, Herman has worked with global Fortune 50 companies and middle-market clients across various industries. He has held leadership positions at Big 4 consulting firms while helping their clients achieve their SOX and IT and business control transformation goals. Herman’s international experience—spanning North America, Europe, South America and Asia—shaped his robust ability to foster an environment of collaboration from project inception to execution.
